The competition ended! And the winners are...

Germany is a strong country at the heart of Europe. Employment is at record levels, the country has a balanced budget, and invests more than ever before in education and research. Moreover, Germany continues to hold firmly to European ideals and accepts its responsibilities. Clearly, the country can look with confidence towards the future. Nonetheless, it is also confronted by significant economic, social and cultural challenges and needs to face up to them with cosmopolitanism, dynamism and new ideas. The Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung is committed to accompanying this process and strengthening people’s confidence when confronted by change. In situations such as these, it is essential that people have faith in their abilities to master the challenges they face.

The Foundation not only aims to accompany change and boost confidence in the future in Germany, but also through its offices in all of the countries in which it works.

We invite all young photographers to send us your images displaying “Confidence in the future” in the country in which you live. How you choose to represent this theme in your photography is up to you.
