Die Disziplinarhaftung der Richter
Hauptthema der Konferenz ist die Disziplinarhaftung der Richter. Die Konferenz ist als Erfahrungsaustausch für Themen wie Feststellung des Vorliegens eines Dienstvergehens und die Überprüfung der Anzeigen auf Dienstvergehen bei Richter gedacht.

Das Projekt nimmt sich vor, die von der Roma-Migration hervorgerufenen Probleme auf lokaler Ebene zu identifizieren und zu analysieren. Zugleich werden mithilfe der Erfahrungen aller Teilnehmenden lösungsorientierte Pilotprojekte vorgestellt.
