The year 2002 will go down in the modern history of Montenegrin media as a time of extensive reform, which was influenced by the international community and resulted in the adoption of the media legislative framework, notably the Law on the Media, Law on the Public Service Broadcasters Radio of Montenegro and Television of Montenegro and Law on Broadcasting.
