Marica is a Seasoned Business Leader with 30+ years of extensive managerial experience up to CEO level in a number of multinational & Greek organizations (BSH, HP, Microsoft, SingularLogic, Intersys, KAFKAS). She is active in a number of institutes: Vice President of ACEO - Association of CEOs, member of the Women in Business (WIB) Committee of the American-Hellenic Chamber of Commerce, member of NED Club – Non Executive Directors, mentor at WoT (Women on Top) and Endeavor. She holds a Chemical Engineer and MBA degrees and is a mentor of young professionals & women in business. Marica writes articles and delivers speeches on various business topics, mainly regarding leadership.

Martina is an entrepreneur, investor and active advocate for global entrepreneurship. She is the creator of entrepreneurial training programs for youth (K12) and adults as well as an advisor & speaker on youth entrepreneurship. As founder and CEO of Rock it Biz, Martina has trained with her initiative close to 3.000 kids and young adults across Germany to become the next generation of entrepreneurs. With more than 20 years of international experience Martina uniquely combines a diverse background in engineering and business as well as an appreciation for both developed and emerging countries, all of which have afforded her with the opportunity to be active across industries and four continents. Martina advised Latin American investors & ministries of economy and tourism on economic development projects, working with the state-owned company FONATUR as well as on the initiative to bring back Formula One to Mexico. Before Martina as a project executive for a marketing agency in the San Francisco Bay Area serving technology companies such as Apple, Acer & Sony. Martina served various non-profit boards and is a TedEx speaker.

Prior to this, Felix worked at Bertelsmann, one of the world’s largest Media Groups. With his experience in both worlds, corporate and startup, today Felix advises management teams and venture developers on strategic setup and key processes of building innovative agile businesses from scratch: shaping the team, product and sales strategy.
