100 Stipendiaten der Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung aus Albanien, Kosova, Montenegro, Mazedonien, Bosnien & Herzegowina, Serbien, Kroatien, Bulgarien, Rumänien und Deutschland, treffen sich, um über die Vergangenheit, die Gegenwart und die Zukunft ihrer Länder zwischen dem Osten und dem Westen Europas, politisch, geopolitisch und kulturell betrachtet, zu diskutieren.
