Deutsch-Chinesisches Symposium zur Reform des Chinesischen Gesellschaftsrechts

In diesem Jahr soll das Anfang der 1990er Jahre in Kraft getretene chinesische Gesellschaftsrecht reformiert werden. Deutsche Experten trafen sich daher mit Vertretern des Rechtsausschusses des Nationalen Volkskongresses zu einer Fachtagung.

In diesem Jahr soll das Anfang der 1990er Jahre in Kraft getretene chinesische Gesellschaftsrecht reformiert werden. Von chinesischer Seite wurde der ausdrückliche Wunsch nach einer kritischen Überprüfung der Vorschläge durch deutsche Experten geäußert. Prof. Dr. em. Thomas Raiser und Prof. Dr. Dr. Christian Kirchner von der Humbold-Universität zu Berlin sowie Prof. Dr. Peter O. Mülbert von der Universität Mainz trafen sich daher mit hochrangigen Vertretern des Rechtsausschusses des Nationalen Volkskongresses, in China tätigen deutschen Juristen und Vertretern der Mitorganisatoren zu einer Fachtagung.
