German MdB Peter Beyer, Coordinator of Transatlantic Cooperation in the German Federal Foreign Office and Western Balkans Rapporteur for the German Parliament, and James O’Brien, Vice Chair at the Albright Stonebridge Group, will join Heather A. Conley, CSIS Senior Vice President for Europe, Eurasia, and the Arctic, for an in-depth regional conversation that explores German policy toward the region and how the U.S. and Germany and the EU can achieve better policy outcomes in the Western Balkans.
