Details

Providing clean, reliable and affordable energy is one of the key challenges of the 21st century. Fossil fuels and nuclear power are still important energy sources, while renewable energies are becoming more important, not only in Germany, but also in other European countries and North America. Energy sustainability is about finding the balance between a growing economy, the need for environmental protection and social responsibilities in order to improve the quality of life for current and future generations. In short, it is about meeting the needs of today’s world without compromising the needs of future generations.
