Ziel des Kurses ist es, den Teilnehmern ein fundiertes Wissen über die vielfältigen parlamentarischen Verfahren in der Knesset, dem israelischen Parlament, zu vermitteln. Der Kurs setzt sich aus mehreren Bausteinen zusammen, die sich mit den innerparlamentarischen Institutionen der Knesset und Verwaltungsabläufen auseinandersetzen. Integriert sind darüber hinaus Aspekte der internationalen Beziehungen und die Wechselbeziehungen zur Arbeit der Abgeordneten (Members of Knesset, MKs).
