The awareness raising and environmental education play very important role for the young generation to promote 5Rs (Refuse, Reduce, Reuse, Recycle and Remind) and behavior change in waste separation.
The Expert Talk - ''Platsic in Economy" wil take place on the 30th of March, 2020 at KAS Cambodia Office from 8:30am to 11:45am, and is designed to provide deeper understanding about the challenges on environment and waste management. The discussion will center around many topic related to waste, paticularly plastic waste, and which include:

Waste Management in general - background information about the impact of waste to the environment

Principle understanding about 5Rs
-
Waste Segregation from households, and
-
Plastic recycling for economic purposes in various production chain.
Who can join
The expert Talk is a public event. We welcome a maximum of 30 participants from all bacground to part take and join the discussion including students, young generation, monks, teachers, businessmen/business women, relevant stakeholders and all interested individual who are keen on deepending their understanding about waste management and waste recycling.
How to join
Interetsed individuals are invited to complete an online registration form. Due to our limited office space, the seat will be available based on a first-come-first-served basis.
