On 2nd to 4th September, KAS Kenya held its second international conference on Rethinking Democracy. With a theme of Elections: Past, Present and Future; this conference brought together democracy stakeholders and elections practitioners across the world including political leaders, distinguished scholars, authors, media practitioners, election managers, university students and civil society representatives to deliberate on the subject of elections from a global, continental and local perspective.
