On 5th June 2025, Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) Malaysia and the Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM) jointly hosted “𝗔𝗜 & 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗦𝗘𝗔𝗡’𝘀 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝘆”. This workshop covers the core considerations for managing projects and emphasises a perspective which is people-centric, process-driven, and outcome-oriented that are practical and can be readily applied. Both the Waterfall and Agile techniques will be described to demonstrate how different methods of managing projects can be utilised to deliver the desired results.

KAS Scholars Training: Critical Thinking and Storytelling Methodologies
Training for KAS Malaysia Scholars
This one-day interactive module was designed for scholars to enhance two essential skills for academic and professional success: Critical Thinking and Storytelling. In the first half of the day, participants engaged in activities that develop their ability to think analytically, make well-informed decisions, and solve complex problems. The second half focused on the art of storytelling, helping scholars learn how to communicate ideas with clarity, emotional impact, and creativity.

KAS Malaysia und das Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM) veranstalten erstes "Disability & Advocacy" Event
Am 25. Februar 2025 veranstalteten die Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) Malaysia und das Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM) ihr erstes Event zur Inklusion von Menschen mit Behinderungen unter dem Titel „Disability Rights & Advocacy: Building a More Equitable Nation“ (auf deutsch: "Rechte und Interessenvertretung von Menschen mit Behinderungen: Aufbau einer gerechteren Nation"). Die Konferenz brachte mehr als 120 Teilnehmer zusammen, darunter Branchenführer, politische Entscheidungsträger und Interessenvertreter, um Strategien zur Schaffung eines inklusiveren Arbeitsmarktes und einer gerechteren Gesellschaft für Menschen mit Behinderungen zu diskutieren.
