Promoting Democratic and Good Governance

The Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) in partnership with the Federal Ministry of Finance, Budget and National Planning is organizing a 2-day training workshop for the Special Duties Department of the Ministry, which functions as the National Economic Council Secretariat.

Amongst topics to be covered are Work Ethics and Values in the Public Service; Effective Administrative Procedures; Team Building in the Workplace; Public Procurement and Prospects; Strategic Communication: Financial Regulations in the Public Service: The Banana Peels; Strategic Human Resource Management; and Dynamics of Reforms in the Public Service, among others.

The seminar is part of Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung’s support to democracy, rule of law and good governance in Nigeria.
