The Center for Autonomy and Governance, College of Law, Notre Dame University, Cotabato City, the Office of Hon. Ismael Abubakar and the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung are organizing a Forum on the LGUs and the ARMM Provincial Capitol on July 20, 2004 in Isabela City, Basilan. The Forum is part of the conscious efforts of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation and other local partners to promote the development of ARMM through local government development and empowerment.
