The orientation seminar aims to expand on the need for integrity in the LGU and how integrity can be maximized as the LGU's competitive edge over others. Experiences of the pilot LGUs over the course of the Project's implementation will be shared with the hope that with these experiences, LGUs would be inspired to join the enlarging network of organizations that advocate transparency and efficiency in its internal operations.
