The ASEAN-ISIS Charter Part III is a follow-up event from the previous brainstorming sessions of the ASEAN-ISIS Network who are involved in the ASEAN Charter drafting process. In September, KAS Singapore is inviting the group of ASEAN-ISIS leaders from Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and the Philippines to Brussels and Berlin to meet their respective counterparts in order for them to exchange their views and experiences.
