Nur in Ausnahmefällen sprechen Sie zu vielen Menschen gleichzeitig, doch rhetorisches Können ist auch im politischem Tagesgeschäft gefragt. In Terminen, auf dem Marktplatz oder mit Freunden: Neben Fachkompetenz ist Sozialkompetenz eine weitere Grundlage für eine erfolgreiche Konversation. Sie wollen im Gespräch besser bestehen, Inhalte überzeugend und glaubwürdig transportieren? Dann sollten Sie die Spielregeln der dialogischen Kommunikation beherrschen.
Dieser Kurs liefert hierzu das nötige Werkzeug, trägt zu einer höheren Selbstsicherheit im Auftritt bei und ermöglicht eine leichtere Bewältigung der politischen Kommunikationsprozesse.

Die Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer erhalten wenige Tage vor der Veranstaltung eine E-Mail mit den Zugangsdaten zum Zoom-Meeting. Im Meeting selbst wird es einen Ansprechpartner nur für technische Fragen geben.
Zur Interaktion mit den Referenten und den anderen Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmern sind eine Webcam und ein Mikrofon zwingend erforderlich.

- eigenes und fremdes Kommunikationsverhalten analysieren
- sprachliche und nichtsprachliche Signale von Gesprächspartnern erkennen und lernen professionell damit umzugehen
- verbindlich und vertrauenserweckend formulieren
- in Konfliktsituationen oder bei Spannungen konstruktiv und lösungsbezogen handeln
- Techniken der Kommunikation einsetzen, um ergebnisorientierte Gespräche zu führen
