The European-Russian relations have been of great importance and characterized by a mutual interdependence. Gradual improvements in the relations in the recent years have been now overshadowed by the crisis in Ukraine. Chancellor Angela Merkel stated correctly, that we do not want to lose the thread of conversation to each other – even in difficult times.
In the era of globalisation the role of human resources is of special importance. Flexibility and mobility are fundamental success factors for the European businesses and its labour market and thus the basis for a strong economy, prosperous and stable European Union. But the European labour market is facing major challenges. Rapidly changing global market situation forces experts and specialists, who are working in the field of labour-market research, to look for a new effective forms and methods of human resources development in the frame of state education and incorporate training system.
