Lebanon’s Administrative Judiciary and its Implication on the Country’s Rule of Law
Given the importance of administrative courts ensuring the balance between the prerogatives of public authority and the right of citizens, the Rule of Law Programme Middle East / North Africa of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) will trace and present an overview of the administrative justice systems throughout the MENA region in a series of country reports. Aiming to highlight the main reform attempts responding to the changing values and concerns within societies of the MENA region, including advocacy plans promoting justice and equality.
