Youth Energy Academy 2021

With support of KAS RECAP, the Regional Resource Centre for Asia and Pacific, Asian Institute of Technology will host an online seminar to reconnect, share progress, strengthen the network between two alumni groups, and equip Youth Energy Academy alumni with an additional set of skills to advance on their project ideas. The platform will create an opportunity for young people in South and Southeast Asia to work together focusing on Decentralized Renewable Energy Approaches.

Details

The Youth Energy Academy (YEA) was designed to involve young women and men in the energy transition, regardless of their background, educational or professional path. Building on the work of the past two years under the YEA programme in Asia, the virtual event aims to further support the creation of a community of practice of young people engaged with renewable energy in Asia, while also strengthening and providing an additional skills set to help alumni kickstart or advance their projects ideas.
