The project of KAS Brasil and Legisla Brasil aims to strengthen parliamentary mandates at federal and state levels. The objective is to guarantee a good performance of new parliamentarians of first or second legislature, accelerating their learning curves to match them with experienced politicians, consequently generating more value to the society.

The project will promote knowledge at scale for mandataries, through an online platform with content and training tracks about working in the legislative branch, focusing on the first 100 days in office. The platform will build strategic vision, planning, and management culture for legislators and their teams, based on a robust benchmark of practical cases of success, so that there is exchange of experiences and knowledge between offices on a large scale, generating the collective progress of management.
