The Task Force „Germany. The Next Chapter” is an interdepartmental strategy project of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung. Our aim is to identify decisive future issues and put innovative, agile methods of collaboration to the test. Located within the Management of the foundation, the Task Force supports the strategic perspective process of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung.

For the project, four employees from different departments at the foundation were removed from line work for six months. The Head of the Department for Scholarship and Culture, Dr Susanna Schmidt and Lukas Lingenthal from the Department of Strategy and Planning, function as a link between the Task Force and management levels.

With its work, the Task Force contributes towards planning work over the coming years and gives further impetus to the guiding theme “Germany. The Next Chapter”.
