The 3-day academy aimed to provide Albanian representatives of small and medium-sized enterprises with an understanding of the importance of online trade and its challenges, especially in times of pandemic-related changes. In addition, it also offered a platform for exchange of networking. Out of more than 85 applications, 22 participants were finally selected and invited. They were given the opportunity to exchange experiences with the lecturers and experts, as well as to get to know each other. The group tasks were mastered through newly learned concepts and traditional methods in order to link theory and practice and to encourage cooperation between the participants.
Finally, the participants organized themselves in their groups to present the results of their virtual business models, applying all the newly acquired knowledge and models. Every participant was then given their certificates of participation at a closing reception. The very good feedback leads to the assumption that the academy will be repeated next year.
