As a result of persecution, imprisonment and the deprivation of higher education rights in the communist regime, people with the status of politically persecuted people are confronted with disintegration and disadvantage in almost all areas of social life. In order to increase political engagement and gain a fair chance on the job market, young people from politically persecuted families are invited to acquire knowledge on the subjects of youth and political engagement, human rights and leadership in three different training units. Over a period of 6 months, starting in January 2022, participants will have the opportunity to gain trainings in the areas mentioned through practical exercises and instructive lectures by professional coaches and lecturers.
