The Konrad Adenauer Foundation (KAS) in Brazil, in partnership with the Brazilian Centre for International Affairs (CEBRI) and the European Union Delegation to Brazil (EUDEL), issues a call for original papers, for the publication entitled Policy Papers – Forte de Copacabana International Security. The purpose of this annual publication is to present to its readers strategies and analyses in the international security area that are of common interest to Europe and Latin America.
