This conference is a forum for dialogue between India, Brazil and South Africa. It aims to bring together experts from a wide range of professional and public sector backgrounds to discuss current security-related issues which are of interest to both governments and civil society in India, Brazil and South Africa. The conference is a joint Euro-Brazilian project, organised by the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung in partnership with the BRICS Policy Center.
