La Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) México, la Asociación Nacional de Alcaldes (ANAC) y el Instituto Municipal de Planeación Aguascalientes (IMPLAN) elaboramos el “ABC de la Planeación Municipal” con el objetivo de generar conocimiento acerca del proceso de planeación en el ámbito municipal y que este sirva de apoyo para elaborar planes municipales de desarrollo con la participación de los ciudadanos.

The field of cybersecurity with all its complexities has been steadily gaining in importance over the last decade – and now, due to the Coronavirus-induced heightened dependency on digital infrastructure this process is further accelerated. This country report shows that cybersecurity has evolved into a key national security issue and gives an overview of certain aspects of the U.S. cybersecurity landscape, by tracing policy developments from before the Covid-19 pandemic as well as current legislative considerations.

Parlamentswahlen in Serbien 2020

Serbische Fortschrittspartei (SNS) baut Mehrheit aus

Nach den vorläufigen Ergebnissen erzielt die Serbische Fortschrittspartei von Präsident Aleksandar Vučić bei den Parlamentswahlen 62,6 Prozent (2016: 48,25 Prozent) der Stimmen und verfügt gemäß der entsprechenden Sitzverteilung damit über eine Zweidrittel-Mehrheit im Parlament. Nur zwei weitere Parteien haben die Drei-Prozent Hürde übersprungen und es ins Parlament geschafft: die Sozialistische Partei (SPS) mit 10,9 Prozent (2016 10,95 Prozent), bisheriger Koalitionspartner der SNS und die erstmals angetretene Serbische Patriotische Allianz (SPAS) mit 4,2 Prozent. Große Teile der Opposition hatten die Wahl boykottiert. Insgesamt bewarben sich 21 Parteien um die Stimmen der Wählerinnen und Wähler.
