The participants will be divided into five (5) groups representing the five regions (Sub Saharan Africa, Latin America, Asia, East/North Africa, South East Europe). Each group will be assigned one case study to work on. The case study was developed by the former Constitutional Court Judge Prof. Dr. Michael Eichberger. Each group will be assisted by the responsible Director of the Rule of Law Programme.
The session will start with a short input from a regional expert, namely:
