FORUM FOR TRADE AND BUSINESS ASSOCIATIONS
The Private Enterprise Foundation (PEF) with the support of Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS), is organizing a national forum for Trade and Business Associations (TBAs) with the theme,
“Strengthening the capacities of Trade and Business Associations to help in accelerating the growth of private sector”
on February from 13th to 15th February, 2008 at Marigold Lodge, Odeneho Kwadaso, Kumasi at 9:00am.
The forum is designed to:
- Create awareness of the importance of TBAs in a nation’s economic development
- To discuss building the capacities of TBAs to better offer enhanced services to members
- Enhance the role TBAs play in the country’s private sector growth agenda
Two resource persons will be making presentations on the following subject areas:
- Making TBAs viable in the country’s private sector development agenda
- What role can TBAs play in reducing the cost of doing business
