Program

Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung Greece and Cyprus welcomes applications for its KAS/ENA Seminar for young political functionaries and elected officials from Thessaloniki “Shaping a digital and green future”, which will take place from 11 to 12 September 2021 in Thessaloniki.

The KAS/ENA Seminar offers skills development for young people who already are involved in youth, and local politics, as well as the civil society. Through the KAS/ENA Seminar the participants will have the chance to get a broader understanding about the complex political, social and economic environment of Greece and the EU, and get familiar with the values of the European centre-right, as well to enrich their background with all digital and green policies, which are implemented by local government authorities. Simultaneously, the participants will have the opportunity to interact with academics, experts and political actors and to acquire knowledge and technical expertise in order to enhance their ability to shape their political argumentation on digital and green field.

Certificates of participation will be awarded.

The Call is open to applicants from Thessaloniki up to 40 years old, with a very good command of English and Greek, active involvement in political affairs and/or the civil society, as well as a keen interest in European and Greek politics.
