Am I eligible to apply: If you are a student of 3rd grade of Gymnasium, or of any grade in Lyceum you are able to apply! 

Do I need parental approval: Yes, upon your registration, we will need you to submit your parents contact information in order to ensure that they know and approve of your participation. 

How do I apply: You will need to fill in the following registration form. As there are limited participant seats, the registration rules are "first come first served". Still, a waiting list will be formed, in the case of fallouts.

Maria Calafatis, Trainer, Facilitator, Co-Founder of The Cube Athens. Maria is the Co - Founder at The Cube Workspace, Athens’ largest co-working community, which hosts some of Greece’s best experts in technology. The Cube is also home to most of Athens’ technology events, hackathons, innovation sessions and training events. Through coding and business bootcamps, The Cube is creating the next generation of toptier coders and businessmakers. Prior to this Maria had cofounded Greece’s first coworking community, coLab Athens with her partner Stavros Messinis. Maria is also a member of the Startup Weekend – Global Facilitation Team, and she has been involved with Startup Weekend since 2009, having facilitated over 20 events around the world in cities such as Torino, Athens, Volos, Larissa, Thessaloniki, Vlasic, Utrecht, Copenhagen, Limerick. Her first business was also founded at a Startup Weekend and she has a lot to offer to the local and International Startup scene playing active role in the community, with her expertise & open minded approach. Maria was invited to join as a fellow to the RSA community in 2016 which provides a platform for the world's leading thinkers, sharing their ideas online, while the Action and Research Centre searches for new and innovative ways to solve society’s greatest challenges. Maria loves challenges and connecting with new people with the same mindset as her own and turning from nothing into something huge & impactful. Her motto "It's suppose to be Hard. If it wasn't hard everyone would do it. The hard is what makes it Great". Maria is a mother to two young boys Panos 12 & Georgie 10, loves to travel and staying fit & active, and loves trying out extreme sports."

Stavros Messinis, Serial Entrepreneur and Entrepreneurial activist, Co-Founder of The Cube Athens. Stavros is the Co-founder of The Cube Workspace, Athens' largest coworking community, which hosts some of Greece's best technologists. Prior to founding The Cube, Stavros was a software developer and had a long career working in the Government sector in Information Management roles. Since founding The Cube, Stavros and his team have created an ecosystem that is home to most of Athens’ technology events, hackathons, innovation sessions and training events. Through coding and business bootcamps, Stavros and The Cube are creating the next generation of top tier coders and businessmakers. Recognized locally and internationally as the de-facto startup space of Greece, several major Greek startups have emerged through collaborations with The Cube and its founders.
