KAS-Alumni-Konferenz 2010

Seit 40 Jahren unterstützt die KAS Indonesien Nachwuchs- und Führungskräfte aus Politik, Wissenschaft, Zivilgesellschaft und Wirtschaft mittels der Förderung von Studien-, Forschungs- und Weiterbildungsaufenthalten im In- und Ausland. Der Kreis der Alumni ist seit 1970 auf über 150 Personen angewachsen. Nun traf man sich in Jakarta, um das Netzwerk zu revitalisieren.

Fraktionschef Kauder besucht Indonesien, Malaysia und Singapur

Unter Leitung ihres Vorsitzenden Volker Kauder besuchte im August eine Delegation der CDU/CSU-Bundestagsfraktion drei führende Länder Südostasiens. Im Mittelpunkt der Reise standen Gespräche mit führenden Politikern und Repräsentanten religiöser Gemeinschaften in Indonesien, Malaysia und Singapur sowie Vertretern der deutschen Wirtschaftsunternehmen vor Ort.
