An Educational Roundtrip

How can Israel learn from the Bologna process in Europe? Which of the instruments can be implemented in Israel and what needs to be considered in order to implement them successfully? These questions were discussed in a joint workshop organized by the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung, Ben-Gurion University of the Negev (BGU) and the Centre for the Study of European Politics and Society (CSEPS) at Ben-Gurion University on May 22, 2012, at the Konrad Adenauer Conference Center in Jerusalem.

Energy Efficiency in Israel and the Palestinian Territories

As part of the event series "Sustainability, Climate and Energy", the Israel/Palestine Center for Research and Information (IPCRI) and the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung invited Israeli and Palestinian representatives from the business sector, academia, government and politics to a workshop. The event took place on 22 April 2012 and after an intense working session, recommendations for more energy efficiency in Israel and the Palestinian Territories were developed.

A united faith-based message for environmental sustainability

The Interfaith Center for Sustainable Development (ICSD) and the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung co-organized the Interfaith Climate and Energy Conference held on Monday, March 19th, 2012, at the Konrad Adenauer Conference Center, in Mishkenot Sha'ananim, Jerusalem. The conference included plenary sessions with prominent religious leaders in the Holy Land, video addresses from world religious leaders, including the Dalai Lama and Archbishop Desmond Tutu, and interactive break-out workshops among the participants.
