Judge Salim Joubran is the countrys first Arab to receive permanent appointment in the Israeli Supreme Court and served from 2003 until his retirement in August 2017.

The lecture will be held in Hebrew at the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung, on Monday, the 26th of February at 16:00.
