Für die anderen ebnet er den Weg der „Japan AG“ aus der Agonie zurück an die Weltspitze. Fest steht eigentlich nur, dass Tokio seine Zukunft nicht allein den Kräften des Marktes überlassen will, sondern auf politische Weichenstellungen hofft. Unsicher ist dabei aber, ob die japanische Wirtschaft in allen Punkten mitzieht. Und längst nicht jeder ausländische Beobachter freut sich darüber, dass es wohl keinen Weg zurück gibt.

Die absolute Mehrheit im Oberhaus hat die aus der Liberal Democratic Party und New Komeito Party bestehende Regierungskoalition zwar knapp verpasst. Dennoch stellt der Wahlausgang für die LDP ein glänzendes Ergebnis dar und war so auch erwartet worden. Die ausgezeichneten Umfrageergebnisse des im Dezember an die Macht gekommenen Ministerpräsidenten Shinzo Abe und seiner Regierungspolitik zeigten seit Beginn des Jahres, dass die eher konservativ gestimmte Bevölkerung Japans ein konstantes Vertrauen in die Person des Regierungschefs hat und auf seine Politik nach dem Regierungswechsel setzte.

Results of qualitive interviews on Germany’s transformation of the energy system in Brazil, China and South Africa

This study was conducted by infratest dimap on behalf of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS). Within the KAS, the study was a joint project involving the departments of European and International Cooperation and Politics and Consulting, with the Political Dialogue and Analysis and Empirical Social Research teams taking the lead at the working level. The contents and structure of the expert interviews were determined in collaboration with specialists at infratest dimap, based on input from earlier workshops.
