Human rights education in the Arab world is in need of greater attention in the curricula of most regional universities. KAS Amman, in cooperation with Jordan Civic Center for Education, will organize a training workshop in Beirut, Lebanon from March 14-18, 2012. Ten university professors from Iraq, and four from Jordan, will partake in the workshop which seeks to raise their proficiency in teaching human rights and how to integrate the subject into the curricula of their home universities.
