Prior to the electoral campaigns in Cambodia for the National Elections in July 2013 participants from all relevant political parties will get the opportunity to train state-of-the-art campaign methods. The focus of campaign methods lies on development and communication of political messages and voter mobilization on the relevant policy field of Energy Security and Environment Protection.
