National and International Dialogues
KAS continues its strong engagement towards constitutionalism in Cambodia. We hope to analyse the difficult role of the Constitutional Council as protector of the Constitution, further to look into the separation of powers and the role of Parliament.

The preliminary topics of the study tour to Koh Kong are Human Trafficking, Land Issues, and Environmental Issues. Prior to the study tour, information sessions are conducted to allow in debts preparations of all participants on the targeted issues.
Closing statements in the “Duch”-Trial

The Trial Chamber has scheduled the closing statements in Case 001 against Kaing Guek Eav to start on Monday 23 November. The closing statements will at the latest conclude on 27 November and have been scheduled as follows:
