Initiative of KAS Kazakhstan for Renewable Energies and Energy Efficiency

As part of the 2nd Renewable Energy Summit at the Nazarbayev Center in Astana with around 250 participants, KAS Kazakhstan, one of the main organizers of the Summit, presented its campaign for renewable energies and energy efficiency in Kazakhstan to the public.

In cooperation with the Hochschule Hanover - University for Applied Sciences and Arts, a campaign and a web-based dialogue platform on the topic has been created. The website can be reached at www.kazakhway.kz. The summit focused on questions of technical and financial feasibility and ideas of renewable energy projects in Kazakhstan.
