Idi Amin overthrew the former Ugandan leader, the late Milton Obote on 25th January 1971. During Amin’s ‘’reign of terror’’ about half a million died in Uganda as some mysteriously disappeared through torture, imprisonment among others. The film vividly depicts the infamous ADOLF HITLER, WHO KILLED OVER SIX MILLION Jews! Amin was a powerful leaders who was rubbing shoulders with countries like Britain, Russia, Israel among others. His raise to power was meteoric : within two to three months, of ascending to power, he formed the notorious state research Bureau and embarked on murdering most of the former Ugandan Army officers as he abolished freedom of speech and media.
