This story explores the human dimension of the disaster, without casting blame or scapegoating any one group. In this world grievances abound; every country has its gripes and war or threat of war is always present. The question is: what is the best way to resolve these conflicts? This movie suggests that violence is not the way.

Mr. Caleb Wanga, our speaker, is the safety coordinator with Usalama Reforms Forum which neighbours Kibera informal settlements, Nairobi. He has been involved in reforms, community development and peace-building initiatives in Kibera and other parts of the country. He has a closer working relationship with Lang’ata District Peace Committee. Most of his day to day activities revolve around conflict resolution and behaviour change programs with Kibera reformed youths scattered all over the slam and who are currently engaged in small income initiatives away from politically instigated clashes.
