Effective citizen participation and oversight role is crucial and must remain core in the implementation of devolved government; for development and equal distribution of resources at grassroot level to be fully realized.

The role of citizen is monitoring & evaluation of public project implementation & fund used in their respective county wards’ foster a system that ensures the county government responsiveness to its citizens and citizens responsibility for keeping government in check.
