In cooperation with different political parties and the Registrar of Political Parties in Kenya it is the intention to develop a manual for political parties. Considering the upcoming general elections in 2012 such manual is considered of importance. A draft table of content has already been developed. The main focus shall be on the work of political parties in a democratic political system and the recently adopted Political Parties Act 2011. This meeting shall serve the need to discuss the proposed table of content and the way forward. The manual shall be published well in advance of the general elections in 2012.
