On the occasion of the EU Sustainable Energy Week (EUSEW) the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung together with its partners: Society for International Relations - GIZ, German bank KFW, Renewable Energy Association from the Republic of Kosovo and Prishtina Institute for Policial Studies are organizing a roundtable discussion on the topic: “Energy and sustainable economic development”. The event will take place at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at University of Prishtina on 25th of June 2014 beginning at 11:00. Decision makers of governmental institutions from Kosovo, representatives from the academic sphere, from the relevant NGOs in the country and experts will discuss and exchange views and experiences about the topic in order to deliver concrete conclusions and references that will serve as a basis for developing future government and non-government strategies of the Kosovo as well promoting good practices of energy efficiency in service of Sustainable economic development . The EU Sustainable Energy Week is the Europe’s key event for more sustainable energy future. Between 24th and 28th June 2013 hundreds of events will show, promote, discuss and celebrate clean energy and energy efficiency.
