By strengthening the human capacities of women and providing support KAS is offering the bases for sharing the best practices and models for an active participation in politics and decision-making processes.

For this purpose the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung is organizing a series of training's for women and party-members in order to encourage them for more political participation and action on a local and regional level. We do this in cooperation with our partner organization the Eduardo Frei Foundation from the Netherlands.

The training's will be implemented for a selected group of women of different party branches / municipalities in order to present to them best practices and experiences from other European countries. During the training's we would like to discuss with them how to professionalize their work. The aim is to gather interested women in order to convey a solid knowledge of instruments and methods for starting an active political life inside a party and to increase their professional and personal contribution as a woman to modern politics.
