The Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung is organizing this Political Academy for young people in order to encourage them for more political participation and action on a local and regional level. We do this in cooperation with the Young European Federalist (JEF) from Kosovo.

This training will be implemented for a selected group of young people of different parties and volunteers from Kosovo in order to present to them best practices and experiences from other European countries. During this academy we would like to discuss with them how to professionalize their work, in order to be more involved in decision making processes within their parties and how to bring forward their own ideas for their communities and their country. The aim is to convey a solid knowledge of instruments and methods for starting an active political life inside a party and to increase their professional and personal contribution to modern politics.
