The training seminar aims at giving a second group of ISF and General Security members the opportunity to get acquainted with some basic skills and tools of mediation as a conflict resolution technique. This will also allow the ISF to work towards the purpose of preventing and resolving conflict through peaceful communication and constructive dialogue. LAMAC will provide five sessions of training to members of the ISF, giving them the opportunity to initiate mediation as part of their daily lives.
