Die Tradition, eine internationale Sommerakademie für Vertreter der politischen Jugendorganisationen in Palanga durchzuführen, wird auch in diesem Jahr fortgesetzt. Der Mitveranstalter der Sommer-Akademie die Organisation der Jungen Christdemokraten wird ihre ausländischen Kollegen zur Diskussion über politische und wirtschaftliche Besonderheiten der russischen Enklave Kaliningrad anregen.
