Launch of KAS Media Law Handbook for Eastern Africa

KAS Media Africa's latest publication, the Media Law Handbook for Eastern Africa will be launched at the Aga Khan University Graduate School of Media and Communication in Nairobi on February 3.

Details

Author Justine Limpitlaw will give a keynote talk about key media law trends in the region, followed by a panel discussion with contributing lawyers with country-specific insights.

The two-volume MLH for Eastern Africa covers Kenya, Rwanda, Burundi, Eritrea, Ethiopia and Uganda and is a follow on to the Media Law Handbook for Southern Africa produced by KAS Media Africa in 2012.

Copies of the Media Law Handbook for Eastern Africa, Vol. 1 and 2 will be available free of charge at the launch.
