It is organized by the Media Programme Asia of the Konrad- Adenauer-Foundation (KAS) in Singapore in conjunction with the International Committee of the Red Cross. The conference examines the definition of “terrorism”, terrorism in context of human rights and international terrorism movements especially within Southeast Asia. As at previous workshops, we invited high profile speakers such as well-known experts and editors.
